I do not reccomend removing fats or protien from dairy or nuts, or whole grains. You need lots of different combinations of vitamins and minerals along with a balance of fats, protien, and carbohydrates in order to function. If you want to lose weight (burn off excess fat), then simply eat sensibly and increase your exercise. Ride a bike to work every day. Play basketball with friends. Go swimming a few hours a day. Avoid lengthy sedentary situations.
