Two things... first, what is DDR?
Second, my trainer has recommended that before I work out, eat a little carb. I have a bagel about a half hour before I go to the gym. Otherwise, I have a tendency to get light headed, which isn't healthy (passing out while walking home from the gym just wouldn't be good...). Just something to think about. =)
