On a Diet...
So I've started a diet to lose more than a few pounds.
My diet is based on fruits and veggies only. I've been doing a little cardio here and there as well in the form of Dance Dance Revolution for now (usually about 45 minutes), and about 15 minutes of Pilates (situps, and the like).
My question is this: Will this regime help me lose weight or is this just silly? Will it help me lose fat or muscle? What do you think?
