Looks like Bush is having the evidence sealed for 45 days. Probably trying to curry favor with the House to try and get support for the Senate's illegal immigrant amnesty plan.
No way do polititians in the House want the FBI to be snooping around in their "safe area" offices. At least not until they have a chance to get rid of any incriminating evidence.
