What's a "stay at home wife"? I've never heard of such a thing. I've heard of a "stay at home MOM", but don't kid yourself--that's a JOB. Or at least it's something to do. What does she DO while she's at home all day?
So... How I'm reading this is, you go to work, she sits at home, then she complains that you don't pull your weight around the house while she's out partying at night. Is that it? If so, she asks a fine question: Why ARE you putting up with that? Does she put your balls in her purse on the way out the door, or does she leave them on her nightstand?
Look: I was 21 when I got married, but I was a hell of a lot older than your wife seems to be. She wants her freedom, but she doesn't want to end the gravy train and have to start supporting her own happy ass. She only gets it both ways if YOU LET HER.
