I don't know about Canada, but in the United States discussion of confidential information with outside persons is a federal crime, and in most states, a state crime as well.
Do go talk to your doctor, or if you feel you cannot talk to that doctor, get a new one. Talk to your doctor about other medication options. There are SSRIs with fewer sexual side effects. It might take you a while to find one that does not have those side effects.
