She didn't break the law as he did, if she had been 14/15, or if he had been 11/12/13 then it would be a different situation.
The matter of fact is he has committed, in the eyes of the law, a different type of rape, with different requirments, on an obviously immature young girl. It cannot be a double standard, because it is different standards.
Personaly, i do feel its in the public interest to prosecute the boy, to set an example to the rest of the youth out there that this kind of behaviour is
not acceptable, and will
not go without punishment.
