Genuinegirly - I'm glad that you posted about this because I've been experiencing the same thing this week. Kinda crampy, nothing too bad, just enough to notice it and be a little confused. I switched BC pills recently (just started my third month on the new one), so I thought that might be a factor...
I'm not happy with the other side effects, so I'll be switching back to the old prescription. I'm hoping that this stops the cramps.
