Ok ladies, I need help. So my boyfriend and I have a wedding to go to at the end of May. His older brother is getting married. My boyfriend will be in the wedding but I am not (we have been together about a year and a half, his family is just now warming up to me). Anyways, that kind of leaves me on the sidelines and I would like to look nice. He will be in a tux, of course, but what in the H-e-double hockey sticks am I suppose to wear? The wedding is self explanatory and the reception will be in a ballroom with a sit-down meal and dancing. I have tried to get information out of my boyfriend about how formal it will be and he has no idea, we are both out of the loop as we are both away at school. So I am willing to fork out about $50 or $60 dollars on a dress; I just don't know how dressy/casual I should go for. I am in school and get out in three weeks so it's kind of crunch time with exams and will take me a month to find a dress, at least I am trying to be safe and not get in a last minute jam with nothing to wear.

I need help from you ladies as to what kind of dress I should go for. I am 5'5 and about 120-125-ish pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. I have a pear body shape and olive skin. So any advice would be welcomed. Also any online sites with dresses and links would be helpful and welcomed. So ladies knock yourselves out and see what you can do for me. I need the help.
