Even when I've been dissatisfied in a relationship I've always avoided situations where I would find myself tempted to cheat, and that has worked just fine for me.
It's hard to resist temptation... but it's easy to avoid situations where you can be tempted, so I don't buy into any of the excuses people use for cheating.
