we had a bunch of people leave our guild for various reasons (mostly because they were Taco and Tiras alts.)
Just leave the group without burning bridges... you never know when you'll encounter someone in play either as their main or as an alt.
Remember the toes you step on today may be connected to the ass you have to kiss tomorrow.
