Excrucitating pain I cannot feel
Although I feel I feel
A numbness feels at times to be,
part of my whole deal
If I choose to not feel real,
like dancing 'round the shadows
The sun will come and as I run
I'll live within my showers
The rain is nice in summertime,
the clouds will wet my eyes
drinking in the wet dewdrops,
my how time sure flies
I feel as though my tickers broke,
a pain runs through my chest,
giving up and giving in,
I sure could use the rest
I'm singing in my showertime,
my eyes sure feel as dry
As the blazing desert heat
I crack an egg and fry
If losing is a way to win,
a portal I've crossed over
I'll grab my tail I'll look around,
then I'll run for cover
A feeling lost that still remains,
I'll try to feel the pain
cause they say if I don't feel
then I'll never gain
