Is Ephedra Safe???
I was wondering what everyones thoughts were on ephedra. I am sure that this subject has been beaten into the ground but I just bought a bottle of ephedra energy pills today called stimerex-es. I read some reviews on ephedra that say that its dangerous and some that say there is nothing to worry about. I am in college and just want to burn off some of the beer belly im starting to form. I am not heavily overweight. Any feedback is appreciated.
