it's called a majority decision draw. it's as if "draw" were the 3rd party candidate... and 2 out of 3 judges voted for him.
personally, I think it stinks. the voting should have been 1-0-2 in favor of Rahman. either that, or they should make it like K-1 and have an Overtime Round (my personal preference).
