Totally depends on what kind of mood we're in. Total darkness can be very intimate. Not being able to see makes you much more aware of your other senses, which leads to added pleasure. You feel the lightest touch on your skin, hear every shortened breath etc.
That said, I think I prefer the lights on. I like to see her facial expressions- especially the way she looks at me.
And if I want to enhance the pleasure? I just close my eyes
