That's how I saw it as well, Cole put himself in a bad spot, you never go towards the boards with your head down, especially whne you know someone is coming behind you to hammer you. It kind of looked like it was from the side and the kid just finished his check, too bad Cole had to be injured, hate to see any player get put out for the year.
The helmet incident was comical, I have never seen so many people getting cracked in the skull with a helmet, as I have this year. It seemed like the guy did it intentionally, he knew what he was doing, I'd put the bastard on the sidelines for the rest of the year if I were the Commish.
