I hear ya about those Egypt diets! I swear, any time I need to lose pounds in a hurry, I'm gonna invest in a trip back, lol.
What's my brag? Well, I've been maintaining my form for some time now, which pleases me to no end. My current goal is to work on flexibility, specifically being able to do splits (!), which I've never been able to do. I'm pretty darn flexible everywhere else, I don't understand why this eludes me though. But I work on it a bit every day.
Sounds dumb, but hey. I finally am to the point where I don't feel I need to lose weight (unbelieveable, for an American Woman, LOL!), I'm fit enough to dance for an hour with no ill effects (but I absolutely must stretch afterwards), so...maintenance is a beautiful thing.
