That has to do with the name of the computer. I assume you're in a workgroup at home. If you right click on your "my computer" icon, and then go to "Properties", you can then click on the "Computre name" tab up top. if you have recently re-intalled, or put a new computer on the network its possible you named them the same thing.
All you need to do to change it is to click on the "Change" button at the bottom of the "Computer name" tab.
