I *love* the ending to FFX.
Spoiler: You see it coming for awhile, but it's just so heartwrenching to watch Tidus fade away and see Yuna run straight through him and fall flat on her face  The music for the ending is equally excellent, merging multiple different motifs together to enhance the scene even more. The combination of the "Song of Prayer," "Zanarkand's Theme," and "Suteki Da Ne (The Love Theme)" brings together every primary emotional attachment into one bittersweet climax. In fact, I'm going to listen to the ending music right now.
