I vote for daily. There are just too many injuries and pitching changes. Also it seems to me to be harder to keep up with the schedules to figure out who has the most games/starts next week in order to set your lineup.
If only weekly changes are allowed and one of your plitchers goes down you may miss 2 or 3 starts and wait 10 days or more for a new pitcher's start date.
If there are daily changes allowed you can still set up your lineup on a weekly basis if you want. Seems like the best of both worlds.
