The Republic of Fine Whiskey is a tiny, economically powerful nation, notable for its barren, inhospitable landscape. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 5 million are either ruled by a small, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.
The minute government, or what there is of one, devotes most of its attentions to Law & Order, with areas such as Social Welfare and Religion & Spirituality receiving almost no funds by comparison. Income tax is unheard of. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Basket Weaving, Book Publishing, and Cheese Exports industries.
Crime is a serious problem. Fine Whiskey's national animal is the playboy bunny, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the gold bar.
