yeah, i don't like the timer either. i usually take longer than my opponents.
anyway, i played a couple games against people with 600 - 800 ratings, losing both right at the end. these people played it pretty tight and preferred not to expand the playable area (which was annoying). one guy dumped his Q on me right when the tiles ran out and there was nowhere to put it...that's not cool.
