normally I don't either, but living in a city with 8 million people and 2 million that come over the bridges and tunnels every day, plus tourists, it gets kind of a pain in the ass when 10 people in front of you aren't ready to make their purchase because they stood in line day dreaming instead of getting themselves ready and prepared for their turn and transaction.
