For this morning's weigh in I was finally able to crack the 200's. I came in at 198.5. I almost couldn't believe it. I had to get on and off the scale several times before I finally realized that the "weight loss" part of my diet is officially over. Now comes the maintainence part, which I have to admit, I'm a little nervous about. I do realize that my "diet" is not over, but it does have to change. I can't go back to my old habbits, nor do I even really want to. As I mentioned previously in this topic, I know how to lose weight, and I know how to gain weight. For my entire adult life, I have never actually maintained my weight at any point for any real length of time. I was either slowly gaining or quickly losing weight.

To the rest who have not yet reached their goal, keep going!! You WILL get there with hard work and dedication.
