well i was in physical therapy for about 3 -4 months after about the 6th time i did it a couple of summers ago. it didn't seem to help much, it used to be a big deal to me, thats why i did the physical therapy 3-5 times a week, and did exercises they gave me at home for 3 months afte rleaving the PT. But it just never seemed to get any stronger.
i can't rmeeber if i ever did get an MRI i might have not sure on that. I probably should go get one, maybe i need surgery or something serisous to repair this, i sure hope not though
edit: could i have the same problem that NBA player grant hill had. Not sure on the specifics but i know he had a really messed up ankle
