My girlfriend has this habit of douching everytime after we've had sex. She enjoys oral sex very much and I am more than happy to give it to her everytime we make love. Now I understand that frequent douching is not advisable, as it fouls up the chemical balance in her vagina. But whenever I ask her about it and tell her that it is not a good practice, she would explain that the oral sex that I'm giving her might introduce some bacteria (through saliva), possibly causing upset or some kind of infection to her vagina. So, douching kind of makes her feel "hygienic" such that it has become a necessity.
Is she right about this? Should she be douching everytime after we have sex? We make love like about 2-3 times per week, so you can imagine the frequency of her douching. I know I sound a little pussy here but I'm kind of worried for her frequent douching.
For the female friends here... what are your hygiene practice after oral sex with your partner?
