Definitely FW400. The mac discussion sites are full of self-proclaimed "pro" users that are upset. I only mentioned this at first because I don't think the loss of the various ports are that big of a deal, as there will be adaptors, dongles, and replacements that are even better.

I don't know anything about Intel chipsets and FW, so I'm not trying to weigh in on that one.
