I've not noticed a difference, mostly because I have an extremely efficient immune system and rarely get sick -- sex definitely clears a stuffed nose, however.
On a side note, this follows the logic that I have always followed with my life. Isolating yourself from sickness NEVER helps your immune system. The more you isolate yourself from germs (like bubble boy) the more powerful and potentially deadly a new strain will be. I pride myself on having a strong immune system, something I attribute entirely to exposing myself to mild "doses" of germs. How do you think immunizations work? When my SO is sick, I spend just as much time around her as any other time. I want to see her, and I want to get a small dose of her germs. That way when I get a full dose of the germ in the future -- blamo, immune system kicks its ass.
