Nope, not a joke. Confirmed on numerous dryers, washing-machines, stoves, refigerators, and one rusted-out VW Beetle. This stuff is POWERFUL, so be careful. It is, however, -very- stable. You can drop it, kick it, hit it with hammers, light it on fire...it takes a HUGE shock to set the stuff off; centrefire rifles only. No pistol-calibre rounds and no rimfires need apply.
