I could give you an answer that I think is the reason for no cure, whether it is true, well I'll leave that up to public opinion. It may sound conspiracy/big corporation hater based but, think about it. What's in it for them to make a cure. I'm know there is a much larger profit in only selling those drugs that might prolong life, instead of actually protecting and curing it. There's a reason that greed is a sin.
