Still??? Just what kind of answer will be satisfactory to you???? You've heard the answer from the horse's mouth and you still don't like it.
As for how we know it's spam? We do lots of research and investigations behind the scenes. We're pretty good at finding out information about people that people seem to leave behind, call it computer forensics.
It seems that this thread has run it's course because now we're no longer discussing the OP but discussion how we conduct our business.
