Cyrnal, I confess the rain we have been having is not as "normal" as I said in my first post. It has taken out a portion of my retaining wall and if it doesn't slow down soon, my garage might be in trouble. This is happening even though I have all roof surfaces guttered and piped down to the lake. We've not seen anything like this in recent times.
