At my work, we don't do Secret Santa...instead we have various Fun Days, a silent auction, and many prize giveaways. Since I don't work in an office, it makes a lot of sense.
With friends, this year we're organizing a White Elephant gift exchange. I don't know what I'm going to get and give away for it yet, but there will be lots of cookies, eggnog, and candy, as well as a fully decorated Christmas tree
Friends, of course, are the most important element of the equation.
