In my case - it depends on the relationship- I dont think there's a standard response... one was over before it started so 'recovery time' was nil... Another the relationship didn't last long, but it was based on a friendship that was in place for years before.. I'm still not quite sure I'm over that...
1/2 the length of the relationship defintion -was one of the lamer sex and the city episodes (I know I know, they're all lame) In some cases that may be true - in other cases - not so much... it all depends on what the relationship was
