I don't think there are purpose built rooms but I do know that room is given for Muslims to pray should they request it (i.e. some room that isn't being used at the time).
One of my wife's colleagues (she's a teacher) goes and prays in a utility closet where they store supplies (made me think of Clarke Kent when I first heard about it).
