No.
IMO, a PDA is fine for jotting down snippets/tidbits and assignments, but lecture notes and a PDA/PPC wouldn't go well in my world. I'd prefer at LEAST a lappy. Then again, if the PDA/PPC has voice record, you'd be in good shape.
