I am actually having turkey day -- for one- I'm not that pathetic -- well I am but...... for the first time in forever, I am actually making a menu that I like and not making stuff that other people like (ie sweet taters with disgusting pineapple in it, green bean casserole and a few other things)

I have a small turkey breast (because I get completely creeped out by a turkey carcass) that's brining as we speak.. and there will be veal sausage/apple and sage stuffing, mashed taters, and roasted beets, and a spectacular wild mushroom gravy. Enough for leftovers -- in fact any homeless folks in the New hampshire area are welcome to drop on by.. i got beer in the fridge and I'll even vacuum..
