They say your tastes change as you age, and "they" must be right because as a kid I wouldn't touch fruitcake. In fact, until a few years ago I couldn't stand it. Then my mother found out about Collin Street Bakery, and started giving fruitcakes as gifts. I tried it just to be nice, and was amazed that I actually liked it. I've tried several different kinds sinec then, and so far I have liked them all.
