Not everyone eats turkey on Thanksgiving AND Christmas--my family usually does turkey on one and ham on the other. Some people eat prime rib on either day, some people don't eat meat at all (weirdos).
This year we'll be serving both turkey and ham at dinner--my brother dislikes turkey. I can almost guarantee we'll be doing a ham come Christmas as well.
