The cooking show on PBS with Chris Kimball (I think he's the editor of the m agazine is also excellent)
The product reviews are interesting... All my cooking life I had heard that there was a huge difference between imitation vanilla and pure vanilla... according to their research in their tasting labs.. no difference. They're like the Consumer Reports of cooking.
