True, but every team has prima donnas on them and players still get the job done. I mean I can't think of any player more disruptive than Albert Belle but the teams lived with him and his awesome talent.

The Eagles claim that they NEVER, EVER have recognized personal goals or achievements in the past, and it was TO wanting them to change that precedent that sparked this problem. If that is true, then yes TO shouldn't have expected anything special. But if he wanted to still cry about it, it just shows how he is all about himslef.
