WTF? Am I missing something here? I thought that I could buy TIPS and cash them in when they mature w/ no risk. But is there such thing as a TIPS fund where one could invest just like a mutual fund and see this same risk/return? Or does the value of the shares fluctuate

If so, where do I send a check?
