Uptil last month, Newark used to be my home airport... and as much as I despise Continenthell, Terminal C is awesome.. it's well lit, it's clean, there's an abundance of foodstuffs (in each wing of the terminal there's different stuff) there's shopping, there are kiosks for internet access at reasonable rates, comfy chairs, and 2 presidents clubs.. plus the observation deck is still kinda neat.
Terminal A and B however.. are in need of a facelift.
