I'm not sure how well these things would mail. Might get "crunched" before you even see it. I'd have to send several. Well padded. I'm picturing a meter-cubed box filled with styrofoam peanuts and with three or four Tootsie Pops wedged in there somewhere. I expect they'd arrive crushed.
