With the increase of broadband and many IT workers being remote workers, we've found the need to use Web conferencing at work.

We have a microsoft environment, XP and Win2k3.
We want something for the Boardroom (8 seats) that will be mountable on a wall or have a good wide angle, good microphone.

We're thinking of just using old MSN messenger for person to person calls, but we're looking for a good, lightweight software for the boardroom teleconference.
It will have the office and up to 3 other locations involved.

Are we better off hosting a web conference server in the boardroom for this?

Anyone have experience with MS Live Communications Server?
We have a MS partnership and MSDN so we get it cheap (Free)
