As for the topic at hand, I'd bet that most stores from Walmart up to department stores have some sort of scarf in the women's handbag and hair accessories sections; they aren't heavy or anything, so they are a year round item. Also, check the women's belt section (which will probably be near the handbag section), because cloth belts have been big lately. They are long like a belt, and probably about as wide as a necktie, and come in all sorts of colors and cloth choices.
