I don't mean to sound inconsiderate or assholish or anything, but he doesn't sound like the greatest of boyfriends if he sees that and instead of asking if you're ok, assumes that you're cheating. I would think that you saying that you weren't cheating would dispell any thoughts of the sort. Or for that matter, if he is trusting, why did it even come to his mind in the first place?
Edit: sorry, just noticed that this doesn't really answer your question, its just the first thing that came to my mind.
