One post beep - the motherboard thinks everything is ok.
You have been playing around for awhile so re-seat the video card and check the connector pins on the monitor cable. See that they are all the same length.
None pushed in. I've seen that happen.
Hopefully, you can try another video card to see if that solves the problem.
