Hey now, Portland is just suffering from some growing pains. They recently resurfaced all of I-205 and are in the process of widening the Sunset Highway. It was high time they resurfaced I-205...the ruts were driving me crazy.
Besides, compared to the Midwest and the NE, our roads are a dream come true. You want to see crumbling roads, visit Rochester, NY
