Outlook, Thunderbird, et al -- they all provide this ability. You can designate any "From:" address when you setup the client. However -- if you plan to do something illegal with this spoofed From:, be careful. Most clients do not support obfusticating your email headers, and the true sender is still visible to the trained eye.
